Accounts Administrator

The primary tasks / requirements of the position are as follows:

Answer telephone in a friendly, professional manner, transferring calls to correct extensions and dealing with requests

Cashiering – reconciling daily cash and credit cards, doing necessary corrections, preparing lodgements and posting to accounts software.

Purchase invoice processing & validation including reconciliation of statements

Tracking and monitoring of aged receivables

Multiple vehicle administration duties

Multiple customer care administrative duties.

Other administration tasks as required.


Candidate should have excellent communication and inter-personal skills and a positive attitude

Commitment to accuracy and attention to detail

Be organised and professional

An ability to work under pressure and to reporting deadlines

Apprentice Mechanic

We are looking to recruit an Apprentice Motor Mechanic to join our Aftersales team. Candidates must have an interest in and aptitude for motor vehicles, training will be provided in conjunction with SOLAS apprentice training programme.

Applicants must have achieved a minimum pass in Leaving Certificate and previous experience in motor mechanics would be desirable, applicants must also hold a driving licence.

The successful candidate will show:

A very positive attitude.

Qualified Mechanic

We are looking to hire a qualified motor technician to join our team in Letterkenny.

The ideal candidate will have experience in all aspects of vehicle servicing, diagnostics and be capable of producing quality work in a fast paced environment.

Applicants will ideally:

Be fully qualified as a motor mechanic.

Will have experience in all aspects of vehicle serving and diagnostics.

Be capable of producing quality work in a busy environment.

Work well under pressure, while maintaining efficiency and productivity.

Hold a full driver licence.

Have a flexible approach to work and be willing to work overtime if required.

Be computer literate.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities.

To service & repair vehicles.

To make written and verbal reports on service and repair activity to work shop foreman.

Preform work as outlined on the job card with efficiency and accuracy.

Maintaining a clean and neat workspace and adhering to all company policies, procedures and safety standards.
